Dr. Anuradha Varma is a Senior Consultant ENT and Head and Neck Surgeon with a distinguished career beginning with her MBBS and Diploma in Otolaryngology from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, completed in 2002. She gained valuable initial experience as a Junior Consultant ENT Surgeon at National Hospital, Calicut, for four years before moving to Alshifa Hospital, Perinthalmanna, where she served as a Consultant and benefited from the able mentorship of Dr. Sharafudheen, PK. Her specialization journey included active participation in the Cochlear Implantation Team and departmental academic activities. Since 2014, she has leveraged her extensive expertise at Ascent Hospital, Perinthalmanna, managing all routine surgeries and procedures in her current role as Senior Consultant.
Dr. Varma maintains a special clinical focus on Rhinology and Laryngology, demonstrating efficiency in the complex management of headache and vertigo. Beyond her surgical acumen, she is widely recognized as a compassionate and patient-friendly clinician. Furthermore, Dr. Varma is deeply committed to nurturing future talent, playing a significant and active role in training young ENT surgeons at Ascent, thus contributing both to clinical excellence and professional development in the field.
